The type I8-24 wall protection system consists of a large area panel featuring a heavy duty core with high density (1000-1 200 kg/m3) wood based fiberboard. The raw core is black colored and made up of wood fibers impregnated with thermosetting resin. The surface layers on both sides are decor papers, having decorative colors or designs that are impregnated with melamine based resin. These two components are bonded together under high press ure and temperature to obtain an integrated decorative material.The wall protection system is mechanically secured in a concealed way and completed with Aluminum and corner profiles.HDL panels which not only prevent wall and Corners against damages and soilong through use of different profiles but also add unmatched aesthetic appeal to any construction.
