VEGA SS SERIES
Materials
All accessories shall be made of Stainless Steel and all hardware/fitting shall be made of anodized Aluminum. The door, pilasters & intermediate partitions shall be 12mm thick HDL/HPL Board with chamfered edges. 1.HDL BOILO - BWP (Boiling Water Proof) FR (FIRE RETARDANT) HDF BOARD (FEATURES AND BENEFITS) Fire retardant property confirming to IS:5509 Standard. High surface density of 1180kg/m3,High impact resistance, High resistance to dents, Uniform Thickness, Homogenous structure- across the grain and along ,No core gaps or core overlaps, High Load bearing strength. 2.HPL compact board are manufactured from sheet of special Kraft & décor paper, impregnated with thermosetting synthetic resins which are together under heat & high pressure (110Kg/cm2 at temperature of about 150°C).HPL compact board has laminates on both sides with suede finishes melamine. The performance of the board is tested according to Standards EN438 (Boiling Water, Fire Rate, Impact, Stain, and Scratch)
Doors
All doors shall be of single colour, 12mm thick HPL / HDL board with chamfered edge. Each will be supported by 3 Stainless Steel Hinges (4 for Physical Handicap restroom) affixed to the pilaster, completed with Stainless Steel Coat Hook and Door Knob.
Pilasters
All pilasters shall be of same colour as doors, 12mm thick HPL / HDL board with SS Door Stopper profile (incorporated with Rubber Lining to dampen noise) affixed on one vertical side and completed with Stainless Steel Thumbturn for locking doors. Colours different from doors are available upon request. The pilaster shall be anchored to the floor using Stainless Steel Adjustable Leg with threaded rod inserts for stability. The floor clearance is 150mm.
Intermediate Partitions
All intermediate partitions shall be of same colour as door, 12mm thick HPL / HDL board with ss U-channel, affixed at its ends (to the wall and pilaster). For ultimate stability of the system, IMAGINE8 recommends that the length shall not exceed 1800mm.
Accessories
Accessories Each Restroom cubicle will be equipped with the following accessories Standard – Make Stainless Steel 304G & 316 grade
Top Rail
Top Rail Top Rail , shall be section fixed onto the top of the pilaster for maximum strength, stability and alignment of the system.

Door size shall be between 600 mm ~ 750mm in width.
